CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

  • All Credit & Debit card payments are taken at the time of placing your order
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, etc
  • Upon cancellation of all or part of an order refunds will be processed within 28 days.
  • All online card payments we processed by RBS Worldpay, payment system provides to online businesses.
  • All telephone card payments are processed manually by Streamline processing terminal.


CHEQUES AND POSTAL ORDERS

Should be made payable to ‘Red Oak Roller Ltd’ posted with copy of order to unit 4 Burnt Mills Ind Est, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1BJ
Please allow two weeks for processing and clearance.

MAKING A PURCHASE

  • When finished your selection click on checkout, you will then be asked to complete your details and payment.
  • All goods are offered subject to availability.
  • A confirmation of your order will be sent to indicate we have received your order. This does not indicate a contract of sale until goods and prices have been checked and an invoice has been produced.
